Description:
The focus of this workshop will be adapting teaching for online delivery using asynchronous methods. There will also be a review of technological tools that faculty can use in delivering their content. Active learning strategies that can be utilized in an online (course/setting?) that promote deep learning will be explored and discussed.
Learning Objectives:
- Evaluate technological tools that support active learning that can be delivered asynchronously.
- Develop learning materials that promote active learning, student interaction, and engagement, for asynchronous delivery.
