Objectives
- Describe evidence-based approaches to assess and manage common mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and adult ADHD. (medical expert, FM expert, Scholar)
- Differentiate between major depressive disorder and bipolar disorder by applying key diagnostic criteria and clinical indicators. (advocate, scholar)
- Recognize and respond effectively to mental health crises, including acute psychosis in both urban and rural settings. (leader, communicator, collaborator)
- Discuss the benefits of integrating and advocating for multidisciplinary supports and patient-centered strategies in the identification and diagnosis of various mental health disorders. (communicator, collaborator, professional)
