The Hidden Curriculum affects learning. Intentionally or not, what is meant to be taught to learners is undermined by values and norms they experience in their training. How do you fit into this picture? In this interactive session, you will explore what Hidden Curriculum is and how you might address it.

Learning Objectives:

  1. How hidden curriculum affects the learning environment
  2. Assessing your educational context for examples of hidden curriculum
  3. Strategies to address or mitigate the hidden curriculum
