This session will build upon the foundations and concepts covered in Getting Started With Program Evaluation Part 1. Participants will come with a program/initiative they would like to evaluate. Applying concepts from the previous workshop,  participants will work through stages of planning a program evaluation, including group discussion to trouble-shoot along the way.

Objectives:

  • Apply the information from Getting Started with Program Evaluation Part 1 to a program/initiative you would like to evaluate
  • In a guided process, work through the steps to design an evaluation (e.g., identify evaluation focus, what information you will collect and how, and how you will apply/share the results)

Facilitators:
Dr. Christen Rachul and Dr. Chelsea Jalloh

Zoom link and handouts will be sent to registrants prior to the workshop.
