Description:
Do you feel confident that you have chosen the most effective ways to evaluate your learners? Are you interested in exploring options other than the traditional multiple-choice exam? Join us for a workshop on choosing effective assessment tools and exploring how they may result in better learning outcomes for your students.
As a result of participating in this session, learners will be able to
- Define the purpose of assessment
- Choose an assessment format based on what needs to be learned about student performance
- Discuss some of the effects of assessment on student learning.
