Objectives
- Develop a structured approach to the evaluation and management of abnormal uterine bleeding in primary care, including pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions. (Leader, Scholar, Professional).
- Compare and select appropriate contraceptive methods based on individual patient needs, medical history, and current clinical guidelines. (Collaborators, Communicator, Medical Expert, FM Expert).
- Effectively manage perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms, including the safe and evidence-based use of hormone therapy, while considering mental health and quality-of-life factors. (Medical Expert, FM Expert, Advocate).
- Assess and treat common gynecologic concerns, such as vaginal discharge (Scholar).
- Discuss the role of screening and prevention strategies in cervical and endometrial cancers and appropriately apply current evidence-based screening guidelines (Scholar, Leader, Medical Expert, FM Expert).

Cancellation Policy
In accordance with CPD Medicine policy:
- More than 21 days’ notice: A refund will be issued, minus a 20% administrative fee (up to a maximum of $200).
- Less than 21 days’ notice: No refund will be provided.
Special refund requests may be submitted to the event coordinator for consideration by the Scientific Planning Committee Chair, CPD Director or the Managing Director.
