AHE-MB (Advances in Hematology) 2026

AHE-MB (Advances in Hematology) 2026 is an educational event designed for healthcare professionals involved in the care of patients with hematologic malignancies. This inaugural meeting will provide practical, evidence-based updates on rapidly evolving areas of malignant hematology, including chronic lymphocytic leukemia, multiple myeloma, aggressive lymphomas, and bispecific antibodies. Through expert-led sessions, participants will explore emerging evidence and evolving treatment strategies that can be applied to optimize patient care in clinical practice.

Learning Objectives:

• Review current standards of care for the management of common hematologic malignancies, including aggressive lymphomas, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, and multiple myeloma. (Medical Expert, Scholar)

“Attending both PCCC 2026 and AHE-MB 2026? Friday-night accommodation may be available”

Healthcare providers from Manitoba Community Cancer Programs who are attending both PCCC 2026 and AHE-MB 2026 may be eligible to request an additional guest room night for Friday, September 25.

Please register for PCCC 2026 as usual and follow the accommodation instructions on the PCCC registration form. To request the additional Friday-night stay, email CCMBPrimaryCareEducation@cancercare.mb.ca and indicate that you are also attending AHE-MB 2026.

Please note:

• Accommodation support eligibility and billing will follow the standard PCCC 2026 policies.
• Attendees who are not eligible for accommodation support will be responsible for the cost of the additional Friday night’s stay.
• AHE-MB 2026 does not have its own hotel room block.
• Guest rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The additional Friday-night accommodation is an extension of the existing PCCC 2026 accommodation arrangements and is not provided as a benefit or incentive for participation in AHE-MB 2026.

Registration also provides access to the recording post event. Recordings will be accessible in your CPD account ~ 7-14 days after the session date.

Connection details will be emailed to registered participants ~24 hours prior to each event date. Please ensure that your email address is up to date in your CPD profile and add cpd.programs@umanitoba.ca to your safe sender list, if possible. Contact your organization’s helpdesk or IT department if you are not receiving email messages from us.

Cancellation Policy
In accordance with CPD Medicine policy:

• More than 21 days’ notice: A refund will be issued, minus a 20% administrative fee (up to a maximum of $200).
• Less than 21 days’ notice: No refund will be provided.

Special refund requests may be submitted to the event coordinator for consideration by the Scientific Planning Committee Chair, CPD Director or the Managing Director.
