Learning Objectives

After the workshop, participants will be able to:
1) Describe Mindful Practice, including core elements, evidence, and basic mechanisms of effect (leader, health advocate, collaborator)
2) Use appreciative inquiry and deep listening to explore complex professional experiences with a focus on meaning and learning (professional, communicator, health advocate)
3) Apply 2-3 simple, evidence-based meditation practices to improve and enhance their professional practice and personal life (professional)

As Per CPD Medicine policy, the department requires any refund or cancelation request to be submitted in writing up to fourteen (14) days prior to the program or session start date. A $50 administrative fee plus 2.5% of the original registration fee will be withheld to cover transaction and administrative costs. Refund or cancelation requests made less than fourteen (14) days notice may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
