Equity, Diversity & Inclusion: Stop, Talk, Roll – Disrupting Microaggressions on the Ward – May 26, 2021

Microaggressions occur often in different contexts and are usually marked by unfriendly, hostile behaviors towards victims. Defined as “…brief and commonplace daily verbal, behavioral and environmental indignities” they may be intentional or unintentional.
